Beaches and Cream AFTER Illuminations?

Does anyone know how late B&C is open? On our next trip, DH and I want to do a late dinner somewhere, then watch Illuminations, then stroll to B&C for dessert on the way back to the YC.

It would probably be close to 10 by the time we got there though.....How late might they be open?

Their website info says they are open 11am - 11pm.

We were just at BCV for MLK weekend and B&C is crowded most of the time. We got in late Thursday and had dinner there before we made it to Illuminations (We sat down at about 7:45-8). It was packed when we were there so I can't imagine what it would be like after Illuminations.
