Beach towels available?????

Can someone tell me if beach towels are available to take off the ship at ports? I am not planning on packing any and we are spending the Cozumel and Grand Cayman days at beaches (not through Disney excursions). Will they let us take beach towels?? If so, where do we get them??

They are available when you walk off the ship. They are not huge, but will do the job.

I wouldnt say beach towels more like child size bath I would pack my own

If they are available, we'll make due. 5 beach towels will take up too much valuable room in our suitcase. Hopefully the weather will be nice and we will dry quickly!!

We did pack 2 beach towels with us just in case. We also used these to cushion (sp?) breakable items that we bought on board or in port or for those souviner Hurricane Glasses & beer mugs. Heaven knows, those cannot get broken on the way home!

We also packed two of the older more worn out towels. The only time I used them was for packing the Hurricane glasses on the way home.

The towels you grab when you go off the ship are more than adequate. Small, yes, not beach size. Better than packing towels and taking up suitcase space. Just grab two or three per adult and a couple per kid and you will be good to go.

We have sometimes purchased beach towels as souvenirs, both on and off ship. This way, you have a nice sized towel, plus a souvenir to remind of the lazy, hazy days of the cruise, lol.

Do they have cruise themed beach towels available for purchase on the ship? If so, does anyone recall the approximate price?

I'm curious about that too. I love the towels shown on the Disney Cruise line commercials - are those available? They look so BIG and cushy!
