beach resorts near Disneyland

We are planning on coming to DL in June for a wedding. We thought it would be nice to go to the beach for a couple of days also. Does anyone have any suggestions about a nice ocean view hotel to stay at near DL? I need all the suggestions I can get. THanks in advance.

The Hyatt Huntington Beach is the BEST resort ever...across from the beach and has a private bridge to connect. ITS in a amazing town as well. I being a travel agent for 11 years and have stayed everywhere from NY Ritz Carlton to Four Seasons around the country. Check it out.

how far from DL is it? Could you stay there and do DL too?

If you go to the links at the top of this board, you'll see one that says So. California - there are some excellent write-ups for both the Hyatt Regency at Huntington Beach, and the Laguna Beach Resort & Spa. The write-ups are so good I want to go, and I'm local. lol

Let me just tell you its amazing...the front lobby will immediately put in you in a relaxed island mood. You could definately do both.....Huntington Beach is a cute little surfer town ..very laid back.
