Does anyone know how far in advance you can reserve Beach Club Villas if you are not a DVC member? I just tried to reserve for next year, and was told that no reservations could be held for 2003 on any DVC property yet. Anyone know what time fram I should be looking for to make a reservation? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Kristy: I made ressies for Feb.2003 for BCV 1 br last week. I haven't received my confirmation paper yet. The only thing i thought funny, I was charged for regular season rates when i'm going during value season. I asked the cm if my dates were value season for next year and she said yes. Hoping for a good AP rate. This was a non DVC ressie. Susan-(dragging along the (kicking and screaming DH).

If you rent points thru someone who owns points at the BCV you could reserve your room 11-months ahead of time. If you rent through a DVC owner of another Disney property I think it's 4 months in advance. I think it would be a much better deal to rent through a DVC owner than to go through Disney reservations -- and you could have your reservation now! I think they don't make rooms available to the general public on DVC properties until a few months in advance because they want to give the DVC people first right-of-refusal on the rooms.

Hope this helps! :)
