Question: how does the view out the balcony (so not ground floor) from a Beach Club Villa room compared to that of a Wilderness Lodge Villa room? It sort of looks like both may look into trees.

We stayed at Saratoga Springs and loved the view out the balcony to the water in the center of the complex.

Thanks.

You're pretty much right - they both look into trees or other nondescript areas.

As PP said, not great villas for views. Amenity/location wise. WL has an outstanding theme, great feel, small pool for the number of rooms. Close to MK but boat service there is not perfect, shared bus service.

BCV nice but understated theming, HUGE fun pool, easy walk to EP and mod walk to DHS, excellent boat service, shared bus service.

Given the choice, I would pick the Beach Club over the Wilderness Lodge every time.

The view from SAB is amazing!!!!

The BCV do not overlook SAB. The Villas building is behind the main hotel. The views are not outstanding, but that said we have always been happy. We enjoy the quiet pool view the best.

The view from SAB is amazing...from floating in the actual pool.

You can't see the Beach Club Villas from SAB

Exactly! The Boardwalk and Epcot are a great view to enjoy from SAB.

Just trying to say the BCV location is superior and therefore the views from the resort amenities are superior..so the view from the room isn't as big of a deal. Not sure why this is confusing.

Thanks everyone. We're from Michigan, so we love to see Palm trees - which won't happen with either view, I'm thinking.

Either way, I suppose we can't go wrong. It sounds like the Beach Villas have the better pool (at least for 12 and 10 year old boys).

Thanks again everyone for their comments.

Definitely BCV pool. I found the pool at Wilderness to be very :crowded: and that was in late May. By the end of the week, all the lifeguards at BCV new DD's name. We can't say enough good things about the staff.
