Beach Club villas vs Beach club

Does anyone know how close the Beach club villas are in relation to the actual Yacht and beach club? Walking distance? I know that if you stay in the villas you have access to the pool, but is there anything else? Also can you use the villas as your free night stay? Thanks!

The BCVs are connected to the BC lobby by an inside hallway. It's a bit of a walk, but not too bad to the BC pool and such.
I would imagine you could ask your wedding planner to have this as your comp room. I had been staying at a 2 bdrm villa at OKW and was told I could keep the same room for my comp night.
I have to say, I love the BC and YC! So beautiful and I love Beaches and Cream! I was at the BC for dinner a few nights ago and noticed they had changed their gift shop around to accomodate more food items and such. Not sure if the change is due to the villas . . . but it was nice!

Actually, you do have to walk outside to get from the Beach Club Villas building to the Beach Club. Once inside the Solarium (which is a sitting area just inside the Beach Club), it's just a short walk to the lobby. Here is a picture from our Villa's balcony. You can see the doors to the Solarium near the bottom of the picture. Our balcony view faced the courtyard between the Villas and the Beach Club.

My parents are completely in love with Beach Club villas as it gives you that extra space. They always rent the one bedroom and its wonderful since you have this large bathtub and a seperate glass show and yet a full kitchen and sitting area and usually two balconies. The other advantage is that you can use the nice quiet Beach Club villa pool while also being able to use the Stormalong Bay pool! (Which is truly the best pool on property!)
I am sure you will have a lovely time.
