Thank you so much that was very helpful for me and took a load off my mind!! My worries is because I work at a hotel and I hate having to walk people to other hotels and I didn't want it to happen to me lol

You just have to remember that BCV is not a hotel. It's a timeshare. There is a difference.

I have read that they don't do housekeeping everyday at BCV, but I also heard if your not a DVC member they do give you housekeeping service everyday is this true?

If you booked your stay through DVC and Member Services, you get limited housekeeping. For stays of seven nights or less, you get your trash removed and towels replaced on day four. For stays of eight nights or more, you get a full cleaning on day four and trash and towel service on day eight. Check in is day one.

If you booked through Disney Reservation Center for cash, you get a full daily cleaning.
