Beach Club Villas Deluxe Studio - Worth it?

Anyone have thoughts on if this worth changing to BCV to get FD? Right now I'm unsure what to do. Currently I have PVR booked (11/25-12/4/17), but no FD available, so this would be a more cost efficient choice, but we're an MK family and really enjoy the theming and location of PVR. I wouldn't mind staying in a different resort just to explore more areas of DW, but if it's under refurb that might get old.

Most MK families who love the Poly tend not to like the Epcot resorts, although that might not be true for you. The Poly studios are much nicer than the BCV studios, if that makes a difference. Take a look at the pictures of the BCV studios and see if you like them. They were recently remodeled and all refurbs have been completed.

if you love Epcot - it is definitely worth it. You can walk to Epcot in 5 to 10 minutes. Now getting to the MK is more difficult - you need to ride a bus. Or if you have park hoppers you can walk thru Epcot and ride the monorail - but that generally takes more time than the bus.

If you are a MK family I would definitely stay with Poly Villa

Our favorite resorts are the Poly and Beach Club/BCV (we haven't tried the Poly villas yet) and it's a tie. Beach Club is so convenient for Epcot access and Poly almost as convenient for MK. Unless the monorail is down.
