Beach Club Villas check in?

I know I have seen this before some where but where do you check in for the BCV?

I'm the main Beach Club lobby if you haven't done it online.

Even if you HAVE done it on line, you may still have to check in. Unfortunately that's what happened to us recently, as well as some others who were at the front desk.

Cant imagine that checking in is difficult -- if by auto, drive right up, park and walk inside, and the Villas are all within easy walking distance. And there's bell staff to help with luggage.
