Can anyone tell me if the studios at BCV have just one bed in them? or if any of the other resorts have 2 beds (resorts that I would be renting points for)?

A friend and I are planning on a trip this winter and need 2 separate beds plus I'm hoping to stay at the Beach Club villas or Boardwalk Villas. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I believe that the only DVC resort with 2 beds in a studio is OKW. All of the rest of the resorts have 1 bed plus a pull-out sofa bed in the studio.

Thank you! I really love the atmosphere of the Beach Club villas being so close to Epcot - not sure about Old Key West but I've seen pictures on here and it is really pretty with the soft pink/green tones in the rooms. Now having to make a decision on 2 beds @ OKW or 1 bed w/sleeper sofa at BCV :confused3

OKW has two queen sized beds in the studio. All the rest have one queen bed and one double sleeper sofa.

Are you a member or planning to rent a reservation from a member? If you are talking about anytime before mid-January, you may have a difficult time getting anything. Most members make their reservation at 11 months out for these times.

I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner - I'm looking for March 2008 actually. Do you think I will be lucky to get a room then? (I'm a little confused on the beds/rooms issue - I looked on the Disney site and it shows a standard room can have either a king bed or 2 queens - is that different than a studio?)

That sounds like a room in the Beach Club rather than a villa to me.

Studios at BCV all have one queen and a sleep sofa.....are you sure it's a double though, Deb?

One BRs have a king in the bedroom and a sleep sofa in the LR.

In your situation, a BC room would probably be the better choice if you want to stay at Y&BC.
