Beach Club Villa Room Types

We are considering a stay at the Beach Club Villas (2 bdrm/renting points) and want to know the room view choices. I understand that some of the rooms face Epcot and you can see the fireworks from Illuminations. If someone has done this, what floor do you have to stay on? Also, is there an upcharge for staying in a water view room if you are staying on points? Any help in this matter would be appreciated.

the fifth floor (the highest)

there is no up charge for the water view. but the only water view is the pool.
