Beach Club to Riviera for Breakfast?

Depends when and what time. Typically, gondola start at 8. But since Riviera is a stop on the Epcot branch, if your ADR is 8:30 or later, probably gondola.

You're looking at a 10-15 minute ride from IG to Rivera. Absolutely, take the Skyliner if it fits into your schedule.

Just FYI, the Times Guide posts the Skyliner hours for the various lines, here's a handy link (see the second page): http://www.orlandoparksnews.com/p/weekly-walt-disney-world-times-guides.html
Interesting. We rode the Skyliner from CBR Monday the (16th) and the signage at the CBR and DHS stations reflected a 7:30am start time (We went to DHS as a roundtrimp. As we just went one way from CBR to Epcot, I didn't notice the start time at the Epcot station.

The signage at the stations is a lot easier to change on the fly, than a paper schedule printed the previous week.

Thanks for the report. Your experience with the sign differs than wide reported information about the Skyliner hours recently changing to a 6:45 am opening. One example below:

Always hard to know what to believe when it comes to WDW.
