Beach Club Room Request ?

We have never stayed at the Beach Club and are going in April in a one bedroom. I was looking for advice on a good location to request. Are there areas to try and stay away from? I my kids are 5 and 6 yrs old.

We usually request a higher floor away from the elevators. Less foot traffic by those rooms than anywhere else.

The ONLY trip I've ever had a lousy view was when I requested "Epcot" view. I guess there are some good ones and yes, we did have a nice view of Space Ship Earth lit up in the evening. But during the day, it was a view of a service road and dumpsters.
All my other visits I've said upper floor, pool view and have been happy.
Just my experience with the Epcot view, but I know other's have had better luck.

Last year we were in a 2 bedroom villa that faced HS, to the left was Epcot (you could see the tops of some of the bldgs in WS) and if you looked far enough to the left out on the balcony, yes, you could see the dumpsters and the access road but you couldn't see them if you were sitting on the balcony and certainly not from the windows. We pretty much saw trees.

I was actually very happy because it was way down the hall away from everything. It was a bit of a walk but it felt very private as we had virtually no foot traffic at all passing our villa door. I'd stay in this villa again in a heartbeat!!

I prefer a non-pool view because I like quiet at night but the pool views are nice. I love this resort as it offers the best of a deluxe and home away from home resort and we are staying there again in late April and look forward to it. It's very cozy and private yet so close to everything.

Views entitled 'Epcot' run a serious risk of being nearby the service road. There are some rooms towards the back of the villas which also overlook a road. We also request non-ground floor with first choice being pool view and second being woods view. Woods view obviously quieter if sitting on balcony but personal preference of mine is to see the pool!
