Yup.

Epcot ~ 5 minutes
HS ~ 15 minutes

Epcot is a short walk. Less than 10 minutes to the World Showcase entrance.

HS is a longer walk. Go past the Boardwalk Resort and walk along the canal to the park. It would probably take 15 minutes or so. A good option in cooler weather but maybe too long in the heat or after dark (the path is lit but might be harder to see any "wildlife", shall we say)...

We walked to both, and really enjoyed the walks. As PPs said, Epcot is very close through the International Gateway entrance- 5 minutes away. We found the walk to HS very pleasant, over the bridge past the Swan & Dolphin and along the path adjacent to the Boardwalk. The canal is pretty and we often saw birds, fish, etc. I'd say it was 15 minutes from the BC lobby to the front gate of HS.

BC DVC is closer to Epcot than the rest of the resort.

Yup, you can walk to both! We love the walk to Epcot... it is only a 5 minute walk. We always took the boat to DHS, because both of our BC trips were in September and it was unbelievably hot...but there is a walking path you can take to get there. We just preferred the boat.
