Beach Club One Bedroom for rent Dec. 26 through Jan. 2

I have a confirmed reservation for a 1 bdrm vacation home at the Beach Club Villa arriving December 26, 2004 and departing January 2, 2005. For personal reasons, I need to rent it out or rent out the points if you want to choose a different period.

I have checked and the BCV is basically booked up for this week. Points for this stay is 320. I need $3500. I will try to extend it either way if you need to, based on availability.
