Will the Beach Club rooms accommodate 5 people plus a child under 3 years old? I thought I saw on the Disney site that it is 4 plus an infant but then I was reading somewhere else there are sofa sleepers and 2 queen beds in each room.

Has anyone stayed with this many people in a standard room at the Beach Club before?

This hotel looks fantastic!

How are the buses to the Magic Kingdom? How long is the walk to the World Showcase? Are there other activities on the Boardwalk for kids?

Really liking this as an option for an upcoming trip but my sister's kids will be 10, 7, 5, 2

Will they fit?

Thanks!

There are no sofa beds at BC. Some rooms have 2 queens, some have 2 queens and a daybed (smaller than a twin mattress). Rooms with the daybed are not guaranteed.

BC is abot a 2-5 min. walk from WS depending on where your room is. Buses to MK come regularly (as regular as any other resort!)

The Boardwalk has great entertainment at night, face painting, carnival type games, and buskers, magicians, etc. It's a great family atmosphere but not sure a family of 5 plus 1 under 3 is allowed.

I believe the occupancy is 5-plus, which means 5 people over the age of 3, plus one under that age.

Some, but not all rooms have 2 Queens and a Daybed, which sleeps 5, and then I think you could have a pack and play or crib.

You will get a wide range of opinions about the buses to MK. I have never had an issue- the ride is 12-15 minutes, plus whatever wait for the bus to show up.

The walk to the International Gateway to the World showcase is about 5 minutes, possibly a bit more if you are going at a slower pace.

The pool at the Beach Club (and Yacht Club) is awesome!

I would like to invite you over the BC/YC FAQ thread. Check out the first couple of pages for info and pictures and feel free to post any questions you have in the thread. There are lots of helpful experts who hang out there.
