How can I get in touch with the BC Con staff.... I have a few requests for our upcoming trip and would like to email them.... Anyonw know their email address??

The BC concierge doesn't have a general e-mail address, each person there has their own. The best thing to do is call the concierge level and ask for itineray planning. You will be transferred to someone and then they will be your contact.
