What are the odds of grabbing a room here at the 7 month mark?

In fall, and for runDisney weekends, extremely poor. For the balance of the year, it is a matter of luck and fast internet, and still should not be relied upon. It is a small, popular resort that is mostly booked during home resort booking by people who don't switch.

Was going to for March 26-29, 2019. Stayed at Beach Club last year and the family loved it. Especially since right by Epcot (everyone’s favorite).

I was lucky to stay at Beach Club and BWV a few times exactly at 7 months for F&W. BUT, with the popularity of F&W and the opening of Toy Story Land, it now seems pretty slim. Was not able to get either BWV or Beach Club at 7 months for our October trip. Both are SO CONVENIENT to Epcot and HS, great resorts and so convenient! LOVE the Epcot Resorts Area, good luck!

All you can do is try.
BCV is my home and I normally book a studio on the 11 month mark first thing in the morning. I forgot and booked at 10 months 1 week and will not forget in the future. I had to take a 1 bedroom as there were no studios for a full week. Wait list did not come through and we visit last two weeks ofOctober. That's never happened to us before this year.

What are the odds of grabbing a room here at the 7 month mark?

Depends on what type of room.

For example, if you wanted to book early March 19 (current 7 month mark) for a 1 or 2 bedroom for a week, then there is availability. If you wanted a studio, there's only partial availability.

I was lucky enough to get a studio at BCV at less than 7 months out (about 6), during the F&W festival! But it was in September, traditionally a relatively slow time. Other times I've had to WL, even when I called at exactly 7 months out.

bottom line -- a studio at BCV is very difficult to get for more than a few days here or there.

Last year we were able to get a studio in early May at 7 months out, and this year we got a 2 bedroom for a long weekend with family in August at 3 months out, so anything is possible!

NOTE: I book at EXACTLY the 7 month mark.

Slim to none during the October through Marathon weekend period. Although if you are only booking 2-3 days you might get lucky.

We are wanting to stay there in early June and are hoping for a 2 bedroom, I am making sure that I am up and ready to go when MS is open. Fingers crossed that we get what we want.

BCV is my home resort. I booked a studio for 6 days at the 11 month mark with the intention of switching to a studio at AKL at the 7 month mark. I noticed that the BCV studio was snatched quickly once I switched. This was for July / August of this year. Good luck!

It can happen. We got 2 bedroom for week before Christmas at 7 months out. Good Luck

If issue is being in the Epcot area resort, you may want to consider BWV as an option since it’s pool/garden view studios are far more likely to be open 7 months out for March than BCV's.

My 7 month opened up on July 3rd for my February 2019 vacation. Still waiting on the BCV waitlist. Currently no studios available. It's not a busy time of year at all!
