Be Prepared to Wait?

Been to Chef Mickeys multiple times and they are consistently late/behind as is Ohana. Went to Tusker House once, and we were seated late but not sure if thats the norm or not.

If i'm being honest, I don't recall waiting for an ADR...granted there was only 2 of us, so squeezing us in never seemed to be an issue for any restaurant. I could see how additional time could be added to a wait if a party is 4 and up. I've always pretty much been sat right at our ADR. A few times we even showed up early and still got sat. Again, I think that may be because it was just 2 of us.
