They are calling that quiche?! That looks like some sort of baked egg dish put on something that slightly resembles dried out puff pastry. Wow, I've had an issue with them trying to call BoG French and apparently they keep making it worse and worse. They have some dishes that are fine enough (I like the braised pork) but in no way 'French'.
This isn't the first time they've made "questionable" decisions regarding the menu there, and it hasn't slowed down people falling all over themselves to get an ADR one a bit.
Until people become less enamored with the environment there and more concerned with the actual food, it'll continue to erode in quality. Disney's not stupid. They're not making things better, because they don't have to.
This photo makes me really happy I ordered the tuna nicoise salad this time. Looks like they need to change the name of this dish. I'm not sure what to call it. Baked egg cup with wedge of crust? Frittata on puff pastry? Or, maybe they'll choose the trendy "deconstructed" quiche?
The cold roast beef sandwich convinced my husband to switch to the braised pork dish, and he was really glad he tried it. It's now his favorite.
Edited to Ask: Did the "quiche" at least taste good?
