Do all guests in a BOG reservation have to preorder at the same time or can the orders be put in at different times prior to the reservation? Also, do all guests have to preorder, or can a few preorder and the rest order at time of arrival?

You can add to your order any time up to arrival so you don't have to choose everything at once. But if some of you preorder you'll be sent through the preorder line which is separate (and much shorter) than the line for those who didn't order.

If you have people who aren't sure I would just preorder from your phone before you check in for your reservation. I've done this several times. You still skip the line and get your food faster.

I know this wasn't your question, but I wanted to add that it is totally worth it to pre-order. The line to order was huge, especially compared to those who had pre-ordered. We figure we saved half an hour at least last summer.

You can preorder as much as 30 days before your reservation, but there's really no need to do so until the day before, or even the day of, before you check in. But it is definitely worth pre-ordering, as it gets you past the ordering line, which can back up pretty far depending on what time of day you're going.

Dinner is a sit down restaurant unlike breakfast and lunch which are quick service. You'll have a waiter at dinner you order from.

That's what I figured. We have reservations for breakfast one day and dinner another. Just making sure, as it's our first time at Be Our Guest. Thank you so much!

Totally Agree! Pre-ordering is the way to go. The line can be very long and slow...if you don't pre-order.
When you Pre-order they send you right into the castle to pay and you skip the line on the right (all the folks that don't pre-order)
I always tell everyone, trust me...PRE-order your Breakfast or Lunch at BoG.
