Be Our Guest Pre-Order

I have never done the dining plan or preordered for BoG, so this is all new to me.

We have breakfast reservations at Be Our Guest in 2 weeks, and had preordered our food today. We want to use 2 QS credits on our two meals, and charge the 2 cupcakes we have ordered to our magic bands.

Is it possible to split payment like that, or will we have to use 2 snack credits for the cupcakes? TIA for any help!

I'm sure you can because when you get there you still are directed to a desk where they confirm your order and you pay.

I know they indicate when you place your order that the check cannot be split. And people have had issues when they are with 2 families and one wants to use credits while they other want to pay OOP. I wouldn't count on being able to do both forms of payment.

We had this problem so we charged everything to our room and had it (very easily) fixed later at the resort.

I was not aware you could use a snack credit on the " grey stuff " cupcake. Glad I ran into this post.

If you went in the regular line with no pre-order, with dining plan, you would still have to check out twice unless they have updated the IT. You have to order your QS credit, close it, then order your Snack credit. I think it's one reason it takes people so long to use the kiosk, not knowing. I've had to do it several times when we wanted soup. I see no problem with you using your QS then paying OOP for cupcakes. You will go in and go to a Pre-Order register to check out. Just tell them.
