I really want my family and I to eat at be our guest during our trip this year, however, we have some pretty picky eaters. I think they'd be able to find something to eat on the menu but the problem area seems to be the sides. Would we be able to get French fries or is that not possible there? Also, can anyone tell me how the pan seared chicken breast is? I have the ADR for nov 12 and I want to make sure it'll work for everyone in our group. Thanks in advance!!

As long as you can find a side that is served along side another entree, you can ask for that as a substitution. Fries are one of the sides with the steak. The chicken breast is just a chicken breast. It's the sauce that makes it different. You can ask for the sauce to be omitted or served on the side.

One thing that DIsney is awesome about is swapping sides, and serving foods without the "goop" ans my DDIL has referred to sauces and toppings. Diners do not need to feel silly asking that side dishes are substituted ot that toppings be either left off or served on the side.

Thanks so much to both of you, that just made me feel much better! I snagged an 8 person ADR 1 day after my ADR window opened and I was so excited that I couldn't turn it down, but i was nervous about the food. Now Im really looking forward to eating there!

You can definitely get fries! My younger daughter is quite possibly the pickiest eater on the planet and fries are one of the very few foods she eats. Each time we have gone to BOG for dinner our server has been awesome about bringing her just a huge plate of French Fries!

You can make these changes at any Disney restaurant, so as long as you are okay with the basic items offered on the menus, you will be fine.

I've never had a problem with substitutions at BOG or any other Disney restaurant. I'm "picky" as well and often ask for french fries or an adult portion of a kids menu item. Never an issue and I get to experience the restaurants my family enjoys :)
