Be Our Guest Lunch Fastpass

I tried using my phone number as my conf#. No luck with that either. I don't see anything that starts with a 4 on MDE. Well besides my other dining ressies conf#'s.

Have you made and linked your Disney resort reservation to your My Disney Experience account? If/when you do, your resort confirmation number is the one you are suppose to use.

If you've made a package reservation with Disney including resort and tickets together, you will only get a package confirmation # that can't be used for the BOG FP+. As of the last couple weeks, MDE will no longer display the 12 digit resort reservation # for package reservations in the Magic Band section. As you get within the period to do online check-in, you may be able see the resort confirmation # on MDE via that method, and once you receive your MBs within 30 days out you should also be able to see the 12 digit confirmation.

Other than the above methods, many of us with package reservation no longer have access to the 12 digit confirmation. You can try calling Disney reservations, but I've had no luck with that method. When I asked for my resort confirmation #, they just kept reading back my total package confirmation.
 
Should I be concerned that the "view" link is grey'd out and to see my confirmation (which is still there) I have to manually type in the web address to the confirmation?
 

When one of my Co workers booked her FD package this week at CBR the CM told her that when she logs on to make her FP + selections for MK that a box is going to pop up that asks " Would you like to book a FP + for lunch at Be our Guest"? The CM said do not x out of that box! Make sure you select it and choose your time?

So I wonder if this is something new coming for the My Disney Experience FP+ options?

Her trip is not until the end of September. She asked the CM about the invite to book the FP for Be our Guest Lunch.

The CM said she will not need an invitation too book the Be our Guest FP. Just select the time when the box pops up while you are making your other FP selections and it does not count as one of your 3. So that is nice.

I hope this is true! Would make things very convenient!
 
Can anyone help with this .. I got a email with the be our guest fast pass info and I logged in and signed up and it crashed before I could write down confirm number. Now Disney said they don't know cause its direct through be our guest and I have to wait to go to the park on that day to resolve it Any thoughts ? I accidentally deleted email and what proof do I show them. Help

Unless you have your email set up to automatically expunge your deletions, go to your Trash folder. The email will still be there.

We had reservations for BoG and they never asked to see anything. We just went up to the window, told them our name, and they had our reservation. So I think you should feel pretty confident that they have your name too, since they sent you the confirmation.

Enjoy your meal there! If you'd like some quiet, don't sit in the main dining room. It's incredibly noisy.

Just a heads up to those who may be worrying..I went a few days ago & checked in at the reservation window to the left of the line on the bridge. I told the CM my last name & after a few tries (only because she misheard the spelling of my name), she pulled up my reservation, gave me my rose & I headed in. The system lost my preorder but the CM in the library was really helpful & I just told her what I wanted to eat & drink. Since I was there just after opening, I sat in the West Wing & had a nice, relaxing meal. :goodvibes

If you haven't already, you should sign back into the beourguestlunch site and view your existing reservation. If you successfully made one, you'll be able to view it and make changes to it.

Also, BOG FP+ does not issue any confirmation numbers for your reservation. Your name is simply listed in their system. They will look you up by last name when you arrive.
 
Thanks for all the answers. I guess I will wait until my 60 day fast pass window opens and hope I can get a fast pass. I've been trying to get a dinner reservation, but I've had no luck:(

I am hoping for the same thing..I think lunch sounds better anyway...We did have lunch there last year in May and I loved everything and you can actually pick what room you want to eat in...:goodvibes

I thought it was very nice and the menu sounds more appealing than the dinner one.

I can never get a time to come up for dinner...UGH!:scared:

So I do hope when I am making my FP at 60 days out that I get a chance too book a late lunch! We have breakfast that morning at CRT.

I was able to make a reservation and pre-order food for a time slot on May 18th. I printed off my reservation (weeks ago). However, when I log back in, it never remembers that I made one. I am highly suspicious when I get there I will not be on the list. I have not gotten an email invite.

Anyone been turned away who had a print out but was not actually on the FP list for that day?

Once you have logged in, type in the link to the "view" page (https ://beourguestlunch.disney.go.com/ViewCconfirmation.aspx) - I stuck an extra space after the https so the board wouldn't shorten the link. - your reservation will most likely come up exactly as you entered it. I have been checking mine about once per week & it always comes up fine even thought the "View" link on the first page is grayed out.

YOU DID IT!!!! You are right! It is right there! What a neat trick. I would of never figured that out on my own. Now I am excited about eating there! I am more hopeful. Wohoo!
 
I'm still having an issue where I want to log in to modify my reservation and can't get past the log in page. The sign in button is not active. Hope they fix it soon!

Have you tried using a different internet browser? I saw earlier that someone had a problem with that using Internet Explorer, but it worked with Chrome.

It is normal for the "sign in" button to be grayed out prior to entering your login info. Once you enter your email & then start typing your password, it turns green. If that isn't happening, try and different browser or even a different computer. (or device - maybe try from a tablet or phone if that is an option...)
 
my story is a little different.

I too had a BOG lunch FP reservation thru the links on this thread, without ever receiving an email. Went in to view it from to time to time thru the confirmation link and it has always shown up for pty of 3 on 6/4 with a 1:15 - 1:45 check in window.

Well today I receive the email invite and get confused. So I logged in and still see my original confirm, but second guess myself thinking I should rebook it by going thru the email links which had two time slots available - 10:15 to 10:45 and 11:15 to 11:45.

So I cancel the original booking. and it gave me a warning message that by cancelling I may not be able to secure another reservation. I go ahead and hit cancel anyway.

Well when I went back in to reselect my date and time, I was told there were no Fastpasses available for June 4th and to try another date.

So I try 6/5 - secure a time slot, and proceed thru but cancel out at the last minute before confirming just to recheck June 4th.

Still nothing for 6/4 and now nothing for 6/5 either.

I'm guessing it's locked me out, which apparently it did for a good 45 minutes.

I waited and went back in later and everything was back to normal. I was able to rebook the same date and time I had with no issues.

The login screens are identical whether you use the link here or the link provided thru the email invitation.

lesson learned. Hope nobody repeats my mistake.
