I didnt even know that, thanks so much for your help. It worked but it says there not available times for May 18th or 23rd. I wish i wouldve done this sooner. Do you think i should keep trying everyday?

May is not available yet, March and April opened up in the last few weeks. There will be lots of posts on this board when MAy opens up.

I can't seem to find this resort reservation number anywhere. I've been on all the pages on My Disney Experience and the only number I can find is the regular confirmation number with the two letters in it. Can anyone help??

On MDE, it's on the MagicBand customization page. If you have your ME tags it's on those too.

The reservation number is 16 digits starting with the number 4. Anything shorter and with letters and numbers is your Walt Disney Travel Company confirmation number.

If you don't know your resort reservation number, look at the Magic Bands customization area in My Disney Experience. It should list your resort reservation number there.

Thanks! I've been trying to find the correct number for days. Never thought to look on the Magical Express luggage tags! That number is not on any of my other documents or web pages.

Unfortunately, yes. When I first tried the BOG site my Disney username became deactivated. It wasn't a valid username anymore for other Disney sites.

At the time I was able to use this site (http://register.go.com/go/memberservices/home) and it had a self-service re-activate function available to me.

If that site doesn't work anymore, you'll need to contact Disney IT to have your username fixed.

I was able to make a Fastpass + reservation for our trip in April tonight. I was able to pick our meals but I was a little disappointed in the times. I was hoping to get something later in the afternoon but the latest time offered was 1:40 - 2:10.

You did read that this fast pass is for lunch only right? Lunch for BOG is 10:30-2:30 so that pretty much is the latest FP time.

A few weeks ago when I tried, it wouldn't let me get to the stage of booking a fastpass. Now when I try it gives me the first week of our trip - May 4 onwards - but tells me there are no fastpasses available for any of the days. Is this right or is the window still not open, it's just letting me get a step further?

This is normal - it's showing you the dates of your reservation, but May slots have not been released yet for you to choose from. They don't have any other message other than "not available."

This is the same thing I've seen, can book April 30th ( 1st day of our trip) , but not the day I need. Any ideas on when May bookings will open up? Also, we have 2 joining us last minute that will not be staying on site, I know they can't make fast pass plus early on like we can but can they book BOG at kiosk in the park to try and eat with us or is this only for resort guests? Thanks!

Bog FP is currently resort guests only, and it is separate from the other fastpasses. You can't do it at a park kiosk.

If you haven't eaten dinner at Be Our Guest then I wouldn't cancel it! You need to do it at least once.

have you used the link previously? others who used it before have posted about having difficulty using it a second time. I used the BOG FP+ in October, currently have no resort reservation but can log in and make FP+ for the next 7 days.

Any chance your Mom has a disney.com account that you can try?

I'm sure this has been asked but I just can't find the answer. I was hoping to do BOG for lunch on our upcoming trip. When does the window open for which you can get a fast pass?
