Be Our Guest Lunch Fastpass

When are both of your trips for?

From what I understand, the FP+ for BoG are not opening up until middle of the month before your trip. So if you are going next month, they would be opening up soon. Until that time you would be able to go through the whole booking process only to see that there are no times available for your trip dates.

The May times have been open for a few weeks. In the past, they have been opening up midway through the month before, but I believe April opened early too. A lot of people already have May FP+ booked for BOG.

People who don't have invites used the link to get the FP+ scheduled, and then now people who are just receiving actual invites can't book anything because the times are gone.

Can't seem to register. My reservation # has letters in it(I've checked 3 times) and the BOG fastpass won't accept letters as part of the reservation #. Any thoughts?

You need the number that's listed on MDE on the "MagicBands and Cards" page.

Hello,

I was able to make a FP+ reservation via the be our guest website using our reservation # (we did not get an email invite).

1) Does this consider this to be one of your FP selections? I "chatted" with Disney and they said that yes it counts towards one of your FP selections. They indicated it should display in your FP reservations

2) It is NOT showing up under Dining reservations or Fast Pass selections.

Does anyone know if this reservation should work even though I did not receive an invitation to participate?

You were given some bad information. :goodvibes

A BOG FP+ is not considered one of your three-per-day attractions FP+ selections. It's a special reservation/FP+ that has no connection to regular FP+.

You won't see the BOG FP+ listed anywhere under dining reservations or FP+ selections. It only appears when you sign in to the beourguestlunch web site.

And finally, yes, your BOG FP+ reservation will work without an invitation. It's also very likely you'll receive an email invitation close to (or on) your resort arrival date.

I arrive in Disney on May 16th and received an email invite yesterday. I think pretty much anyone staying on property is getting an invite which looks to be coming about a month before your arrival.

chris1013, who is the email from (wdwcommunications)? Going to check my junk mail file to see if it is there! :hyper:

It'd be great (for people to feel better) getting an official invite a month prior rather than receiving the invite "day of arrival" like I experienced.

The invite is sent by "Disney Destinations" with the email of: DisneyNotifications@experience.disneydestinations.com

I arrive next week, no invite yet.

And I look in my junk folder several times a week.

jcarwash - What is the Subject Line? I have lots of Disney Destinations emails but not sure if I am looking for one that states "make a FP for BOG" or what? :confused3

The subject line on mine was: "Dine at Be Our Guest Restaurant"

Sorry for being slow in response. As others said, It was from Disney Destinations with the subject Dine at be our guest.

Has anyone gotten an invitation without having park tickets linked to your account? We booked a room only on March 15 for April 28-May 2 but haven't added tickets yet. Just wondering if there's any chance of getting an invitation.

No worries!:goodvibes I would LOVE to get an invite. But probably won't since I have already been a few times without one! :bitelip:

I also did not receive my email invite until the morning of check in when I was there in March. I've made my FP+ as I did then, but am still checking daily for an invite in case it arrives earlier for my trip in a few weeks. :)

I'm 30 days out and just received the email with the invitation. But I already made my reservation a couple of weeks ago when May opened.

I had a FP+ for 10:45 on 04/15. I found out less than a week before our lunch that my sons time for his marching band was moved up so I needed to change my reservation time. I was unable to change it. It appeared that it was allowing me to change. I picked a new time and I would confirm everything but when I went back it was still my original reservation. It would not even let me delete it. It also deleted my menu selections. We were at the MK two days before and I asked at the BOG check in area. She said it is still experimental at this point and it was not possible to change my original reservation. We ended up just showing up at about 9:45. We were the third group in line. When they opened up at 10:00 we got a bonus welcome ceremony from the CMs. It was a great meal enjoyed my all three of us.
