Be Our Guest Lunch Fastpass

It's ashame that we have to go to all of this trouble to try and find our Reservation Number, why can't it just be easy. Tried all the suggestions, step by step, still nothing. I have a Client File #: but it contains Capital letters and numbers (is only 8 digits) I do have a FD package with tickets so it's not a Room only. Plus on "My Disney Experience" I cannot make online payments (there is no button)or a balance of what is remaining on my package. I can call and make a payment and I told an "IT" help person about it as they walked through my Reservation and they to cannot understand why I don't have a pay online button. So Frustrating! They say that the Client File # is my Confirmation Number.

This aspect may have changed, but in the past the 12 digit resort reservation number was also shown in the area where you can customize your Magic Band order.

UPDATE:hyper: I finally figured out what was keeping me from finding my 12 digit number (Adblock Plus) :badpc: I open Adblock Plus and disabled the block that it had on My Disney Experience. Found my 12 digit number.
I hope this my help anyone that had a problem like mine to find their number.

I'm hoping that someone out there could help my friends out. They would love to get a FP for BOG, but they don't know how it would work in their situation. Currently, there are 2 packages booked under 1 MDE account. One room has 1 adult and the other has 1 adult and 2 kids. There are 2 separate confirmation numbers, but both reservations are associated under the same My Disney Experience account. The 3 people under 1 reservation are fine and are showing up on the BOG fast pass page. How do they add the other person with the separate reservation number?

If you're willing to wait for the email, the number you need will be in there. As stated earlier, it is also on the Magical Express tags. (I realize not everyone may have these, either.)

Here's what the email says:

UPDATE: I finally figured out what was keeping me from finding my 12 digit number (Adblock Plus)

I open Adblock Plus and disabled the block that it had on My Disney Experience. Found my 12 digit number.

Ooo, good one. While AdBlock can be useful elsewhere, sometimes you want to see everything. :goodvibes

Here is a re-post of how I found my confirmation number.
If the BOG FP website is showing previous reservation information, you will need to use your confirmation number to re-register using a different email address.

Have a beautiful day everyone!:flower3:

This is good information, but I have already paid off my balance. Is there another workaround like this that may work?

SGMCO, do you have firefox?
And if you do, did you try this?

  • Login to the Disney website.
  • On the My Disney Experience tab, click "My Itinerary"
  • Scroll the calendar to your check in day.
  • On the page, place your cursor on the line that says "View Reservation Details" and right click.
  • Scroll down to "view page source"
  • Then I used the "control F" feature (just hold down control and the F key>it will bring up a "find" box>type in the word "reservationnumber" to find reservationNumber value and the 12 digit code that starts with 44xxxxxxxxxx.

I know how desperate you are and how frustrating it must be.:worried:

YIPPEE KI YO KI YAY!!!!:dance3::dance3::dance3::dance3::dance3:

I know this has been weeks trying to figure out where the number was located in the coding (what ever that's called) and it dawned on me:idea: that it could be my computer blocking this information from me, and sure enough it was. I thought I was going crazy!!:worried::eek::scared1:

CJK, I think your post got lost:wave2:

All they need to do is build another BOG account using the other confirmation # and a DIFFERENT email address.
Then when they are ready to book, have them book the first one with the time frame they want (refresh till a good time for them shows) and then log in with the other account and refresh till they get a time that overlaps the other.

Hope this makes sense:rolleyes:

Thanks for the help!! I'm trying to do this for them. I went to the BOG website and tried to open a second account. I entered the reservation number and first and last name. It took me to the next screen which reads, 'sign up information'. It asks for an email address and password. I entered all of that, but the 'next' button is greyed out. Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?

When my "next" key was greyed out, I retyped the email address again and it lit up. Try that.

Thanks!! I thought a 6 digit password was enough, but apparently I needed 7 digits. At any rate..............both accounts are opened. Thanks a million!!! When the time comes, I'll have get them to book their fast passes so that the times overlap. Thank you soooo much!!!

Just an update...I can finally access the BOG FP site (had to use a different party member) but still can't get a time for Aug 7.

That's because you can only book through Aug. 4 as of today. Check every day. They seem to open it one day at a time right now.
