Be Our Guest Lunch Fastpass

Unlike the ride FP's that open up for your entire trip, my understanding is, the BOG FP only opens up 1 day at a time and you have to wait for the day you want eat at BOG to open up.

Someone please correct me if i'm wrong :flower3:

The only part that is not accurate is what opens when. It may open 1 day at a time, like it has been here lately. Other times they'll open 30 days at once. It is as random as when it opens. But the end results is yes, you have to wait till your day opens.

Question for you BOG fast pass experts! I'm helping some friends plan their 2 week trip. They would like a FP for BOG on day 8 of their trip. When they login to the BOG website, they can only see up until day 7. I know that this is normal. My question is, when will day 8 become available to book? How does that work?

I would like to know that too...

From what I understand you just have to keep trying. There is no set amount of time before you can book.

day 8 will not open up until day 1 and day 9 on day 2 etc. there may still be availability but if they definitely want to eat there I would suggest choosing a day within the first 7.

I'm almost positive that I read on here that even though people's windows had opened up, any days after the first 7 (i.e. 8, 9, 10, so on) would never show up. So it looks like it is only set up to book the BOG FP for the first 7 days of your trip. At least online through that site that is. Might be able to call a CM or book it when you check in. Not 100% sure but someone will correct me if I'm wrong. That I AM SURE about. Lots of folks on here with degrees in DISNEY.

I just reread your post. So you are saying that on my check in day, I would be able to book for day 8. And check in day +1, I would be able to book day 9? That's all presuming there is any availability 1 week prior to those days I guess.

that is correct but as you say depending on availability because others will have been able to hook those dates already , good luck getting what you want

The poster is asking when they can book BOG FP+ for day 8 of their trip. That is a different answer.

When you go to make a BOG FP+, only the first 7 days of the trip are available, it does not go past that. After day 1, day 8 becomes available; after day 2 day 9 becomes available, etc.

Sorry if this has been asked already.

I just booked my FP this morning and selected our meals. Now when I go in, it seems to not know that I already have a FP. It won't give me the option to modify meal sections and wants me to book a new one. Is this correct? I am concerned I don't have a FP.

Thanks,
Kim

This thread sorely, sorely needs a FAQ page at the beginning of it.

Got the email invite today for our trip in 4 weeks. Logged on, got FP+ ressie for BOG on our preferred date and time on Aug 1st!

I don't think anyone has answered your question. No, it will not show up on MDE, as it is completely unrelated to the attraction FP+ system and to the ADR system. Once you've made a BOG FP+, you should be able to see it if you log back into the website, where there is an option to "view." You can also choose "select or replace," and it will show you the existing FP+ in the even that you want to try to change it. But some people have reported that, despite successfully getting a FP+, when they go back in, the site won't let them see it. From what accounts I've seen, these people have still been able to get in, and the CMs at the BoG kiosk had their FP+ in the system, even though the guests couldn't view it through the website. Some people have taken a screenshot on their smartphone of the BOG FP+ confirmation page, just for insurance.

I found the answer to my question about not being able to see my reservation after digging more through the thread.

Thought I would re-post here.

So do we know which of the above Is correct? I would prefer to book at Day 8 or 9 of my 10 day trip as well, but have heard that that is impossible.

Sorry in advance, since I'm sure this has been answered before!

But. Today I was able to book a FP+ for Aug 3, our arrival day. I grabbed it since I was afraid I wouldn't get anything else, but I really want one for Aug 4, which I'm hoping will become available tomorrow.

My question is, will I be allowed to make one for Aug 4 if I have an existing one for Aug 3? I would not want to cancel the Aug 3 one until I've secured the Aug 4 one, but I wasn't really sure if I would be able to or not.

Anyone know

Thanks so much!

you can't really "cancel" the BOG FP+ but you are only able to have one at a time. Tomorrow if you book one for Aug 4 that would be the only valid one you would have.
