Be Our Guest Lunch FastPass Thread [PLEASE read the FAQs in the first post!]

I am freaking out a little but too! I have a photo of the food I ordered and it shows I made a reservation. (just didn't get in the confirmation number :mad:). I went today to print out everything today (didn't have a working printer when I made it) and it is giving me an error message and to stop at guest relations. THEY BETTER give me my table and order. It is clear from the picture I did every thing. We leave in four days.

Goodness yes.
I logged in yesterday (28 days out) just fine and everything was grayed out, which I expected. Today I got up at 5am CT to reserve and I couldn't log into my Disney account - any of it. I had to call tech support once I got to work to get them to reset.
Now I can get in to Disney.com and BOG lunch reservations just fine, but it's telling me there are no available times for any of the days we're there. :sad1:

I guess I'll keep trying just to see if anything opens up. Now I'm kicking myself for not setting an alarm to reserve around midnight.

I am able to view my reservation time and such on my mobile device. I haven't tried the computer yet.
 

Can you get more than one FP+? We probably want to go twice if we can.

I did not have any problems booking this morning. I logged on at 7:00 am central and had my pick of times for December 3rd.

the day after you use the first one you may be able to book another one for later in the trip if there is any availability. has been done in the past successfully but now that most resort guests are getting the invitation there may not be anything a few days in advance. If you try for a 2nd one please post.
 
Has anyone noticed a if it is easier to get a reservation on a weekday or a weekend?

Also, should I try for our first MK day to be safe or wait for our second day (which is my preferred day) and risk not getting one?
 
So with a help of a Disney veteran friend we went on again and it errors for viewing reservation and changing meal options, but everything else was green and my date had a green check in it. So when I clicked on that date to switched my fast pass to the same time and date and asked me for food options. Who knows!!! Regardless I

Yeah, getting the same “Please visit guest relations error message” I was just on last night look at dates for upcoming trip (can’t book yet). Now it won’t even let me in. Called Disney they claim their is no error in the site or that its down :rotfl:
 
I got the same error message when I tried to logon this morning to change my food order and to print out the confirmation. I did take a screen shot of final page which shows my date and time for the fastpass. I hope everything is okay. I was hoping to change a meal but as long as our fastpass is covered I honestly don't care I will handle the switch when I get there.
 
Help! I am getting the same error message the second I click "slect or replace". Today is my 27th day from check in. I was hoping to log on tonight at 2ish to get my preferred date (the 4th), but I thought I would give it a try today so that if there was a problem I would have time to trouble shoot.

Anyone have suggestions on what I should do??

OK guys...

I just tried on my phone and was able to get all the way through to choose a time for the 3rd. I didn't grab anything (since we won't arrive that day until late), but at least I could see that I was able to get in. Who knows what the problem is...

If you get the error from your computer, try a different device!
 
I was able to logout and back in and it worked this time. However my reservation from last night was lost so I rebooked and printed everything out just in case.

I was just able to log in and view the FP+ I made yesterday without a problem, after not being able to earlier today. I made both a screenshot and a print out. A bit of overkill, but I did it anyway. :rolleyes:
 
I am so grateful for this thread! I was driving myself crazy trying to put my AAA confirmation number into the invitation. I called Disney directly and got my 12 digit number, went right into the invitation and got a lunch on the day and time we wanted! pixiedust: :cool1:
 
yeah, looks like we're all getting an error message right about now. I'm sure it'll be back up and running smoothly soon, I hope, I hope.
