I didn't remember to do that at the time (kinda sleep deprived), but I was able to go back in and modify the time today, and got a much better FP+ window. Thanks!!

Why are people creating a 2nd MDE account? I read a couple of dozen pages skipping here and there in the 115 plus, but I'm not sure why it's necessary. I have my account, and it is linked to all my tickets and reservations. I have gone to the BOG fp link and signed in there and of course it is saying no availability because I'm not at 27 days yet. Am I missing something? I don't want to miss out on a reservation because I've done something wrong.

So we have a hotel reservation at AoA for Dec 18 & 19. I have already logged into the BOG FP site with my reservation # and everything seems to be in order, just waiting for my booking date to arrive

So my question is... can we only book BOG FP lunch on the 18-20th? We are staying much longer but with family offsite. We want BOG lunch on Dec 22. Will the system allow me to book the 22nd even though that date isn't included in our reservation??

So is the 2nd MDE account because the person isn't staying onsite? I'm onsite, so it shouldn't be necessary for me to create a 2nd MDE account, correct? I'm confused.

I'm just confused because right now, even before my 27 day window, the FP BOG site shows a full week starting with Dec 18 (my first day to check in) right up until Dec 24 even though I am checking out on Dec 20. This is why I thought Dec 22 might be available for me.

Once it is linked with your reservation, it will show you all the dates for your visit. However, if you try to click on one, it will tell you there is no availability. You still have to wait until the 27 day mark, and then that first day will show you. You cannot book for your whole stay, only one day at a time as the 27-day window opens -- and only ONE FP. Once you use that one up, you can book another while there.

Got my FP this morning for 6 people from 10:55-11:25 I actually had at first a 11:50-12:20 arrival and gave that up about 30 minutes ago if anyone is looking for 11/26.

Thanks to everyone for the tips! I pre-ordered the meal so I hope that helps to expedite the process once we arrive.

Yes, you just need to show up and they will check in by name. You can print out your BOG reservation just in case, but it's not required.

The second Disney user name (or MDE account) is used with BOG FP+ because of glitches/limitations of the system, usually when someone uses the system once before and then tries to use it again for an upcoming trip. After your first visit, when you log in again there's no way to reset (or even see) your old (used) resort reservation number, and so you end up seeing the next seven calendar days as a default. A workaround is to log in with a different user name so you have an opportunity to also enter the new resort reservation number.

If you're signing in and seeing the dates that match your upcoming visit, all you need to do is wait for the window to open at 27 days ahead of the day you want.

Is tomorrow the first day to book December? If anyone is booking Dec. 1st, please let us know how it goes. I'm worried we're going to have a repeat of November, with the first part of the month not being available at 27 days. Thanks for posting guys!

We're staying only 1 night, Dec. 4th.
I just want to eat lunch in the Castle, why is it so difficult?

Saying DEC. 1st isn't up yet, means that the actual FP+ isn't available to be booked.

You can only book 27 days out from the day you want to eat there. For example, we wanted to eat there Nov. 25 so we couldn't book until Oct. 29.

You will need to set up a separate MDE account with a different e-mail.

This will happen if you've been on the BOG FP website before.

I tried doing this because it was pulling up my last year's vacation dates but even under my new email address it's still showing the old dates! It even prompted me to put in my current reservation number so I'm not sure what the problem is.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

Now I'm about ready to give up. I've tried 2 other email addresses along with using my child's name and it still pulls up my dates from last year. I'm not sure how this is even happening because the reservation # is clearly for this December!
Does anyone know of anything else I can try? I'm assuming IT can't help with this.....or can they?
