Be Our Guest Lunch FastPass Thread [PLEASE read the FAQs in the first post!]

I've been away for the long weekend, and was so happy to log in this morning and get my FP+ for Nov. 2nd all squared away for my family and for my mom -- even got identical time slots for the 2 FP+'s.

Now I'll just have to remember to check in with everyone that morning to revise our food selections, or else they'll be stuck with wha I chose for them.

Can anyone tell me this? It looked like if I clicked on "Modify my reservation" it popped up with a warning that my original choices would be deleted.

Does this mean that on Thursday, if I go in and try to change it to 11/12 that for a period of time (albeit brief maybe) I will have canceled the 11/10 one before making the 11/12 one confirmed?

I hope my question made sense. I'm so scared to mess with it.

I didn't try a new day, but when I switched to a new time it did not cancel my first reservation until the new time was confirmed.

I was just able to sign in and see availability for my stay Nov 7-11. However, when I go to make the BOG FP+ reservation, only 2 of the 3 members in my party show up. I was able to make regular park FP+ reservations for rides for all 3 of us, but for BOG only 2 names appear. Do you think I will have a problem if I show up for the 3 of us when it only allows me to book a reservation for 2? Anyone else have this problem, or any thoughts on a solution?

Can you only get 1 fastpass per reservation for BOG? Our family would like to try this twice during our stay but I wasn't sure if that was an option. Any help is appreciated!

pretty sure it's one per visit. When I tried to add a new day/reservation, it said it would delete my previous day/reservation.

I had previously booked a FP+ for October 28th, but was able to change it today to November 2nd - our last day at WDW, and this will be a great finale!

Thanks to everyone - without the DISboards, what would we all do?

I knew something was up when I logged in this morning and FIVE PAGES of new posts popped up!

Got our FP+ for 11/2, although earlier than I wanted, so I will be trying to modify it. Did the preorder again, as it worked so smoothly last year. French onion soup was wonderful, tuna nicoise salad was perfect, and we had to try the grey stuff (sweet! ugh). This time we added the Mahi Mahi kids meal. We are two adults, but I think the kids meal will be a nicer portion size, as we are not big lunch eaters. Plus, it came with water and vegetables, for half the cost of an adult entree!

It seems that most of the posters were checking at 6 am, however, I saw on another thread someone who reported getting theirs at 1:00 am. So, it can't hurt to check at midnight, even thought it may not be open. Fingers crossed it keeps working!

I've seen posts where it indicates you can get a second reservation AFTER the first meal is over.

and did you see November 5th twice as well??

I still had Nov 5 showing up twice in my list. I was able to get my FP for Nov 2 but wasn't able to see past Nov 7 even though I'm staying on site until Nov 9.

Is anyone seeing their BOG FP on their MDE page? I got to the 'congratulations that the FP has been made' page but it doesn't show up in MDE. Just want to make sure that I didn't screw up

For some reason, the system won't let me see beyond November 6th. I'm staying until the 16th so I don't know what's going on!

I have only till November 6th from October 31st! We don't arrive till the 6th. Glitches..just make it an ADR already.

I am so used to checking the FP BoG site that when it showed up with actual available times i was shocked. I saw openings for Nov 7th and 10th if anyone is looking. I have a dinner ADR that I think I will keep instead of dinner. If anyone has done both, do you have a preference on eating there for lunch or dinner? Our plans are flexible so that doesn't play a factor.

Ok, so I even went back in and created a new account based on my 2nd Resort Reservation thinking that would surely fix the issue and it STILL only shows me options through Nov. 4th!

I'm not within the 27 day window yet but I was playing around on the site. It's only giving me an option of making reservations for the one room in my name. Will I need to do three different Fastpasses? I'm confused.

Yes I had 2 different reservations (in laws and our family) I had to do 2 different fast passes. I got them within the same times though so I'm hoping we are all set

We have always preferred lunch. Less expensive, more casual, smaller portions, etc. Having no kids, we like something a bit more intimate, or at least quieter, for dinner. BOG is like dining in an auditorium!
