Thanks for your help - I did try in August and September, but it only showed the dates for the week from the day I logged on, so I figured I don't need to get them until a week before I want the fastpass - I even put an alarm on my phone to remind me to do it. I'll try another email - see what happens...Thanks again!
***I just used another email & log in, and that actually asked for our reservation # and the correct guests are listed. Unfortunately it only showed from Oct 15 - 21st - we're there until the 24th - and every day says that there are no fast passes available. I'll keep checking, and if I don't have any luck, I'll ask at the hotel and I can actually go the day I get there and check Be Our Guest in person.
