It's on the kids menu but not adult. Can you get an adult size portion?

You can't really modify portions at a QS (TS sometimes will be more flexible). If you want more French Toast, you can order 2 of the kids meals.

I had the kids French Toast in June and found it to be plenty along with the fruit and pastries. You get 3 pieces of French Toast and that was more than enough for me.

That's good to hear. However, it would be for my 14 year old so who eats ALOT....
