Be Our Guest FP ?

I was able to make our BOG FP ressies yesterday for our upcoming trip. I have a problem that I am hoping someone can shed some light on. I called tech support and they said that Be Our Guest is not supported by them and that they do not have a tech support line.

We have 12 people in our group. We have 3 different My Disney Experiences accounts each with their own email and password but they are linked together. They belong to my sister, my mom and myself. All of our resort ressies, restaurants ressies and FP+ ressies are fine. The Be Our Guest site is not however. It has 4 of the travel party in 2 of the email accounts. So when I pull up my sisters account and then my moms account, I see the same people. So it appears that we have 12 reservations but 4 of them are for the same people at the same time. Here is what we have,
Myself-- 4 people 11:50-12:20
Sister-- 4 people 11:50-12:20
Mom---4 people 11:50-12:20


Tech support said not to worry about it, just to show up and tell them we have the ressies, that they won't even look at the names, just the email address and number of people.

Has anyone else encountered this problem or something similar?:confused3:confused3

You should be fine. They won't look at the names listed.
 
It is a shame they have a digital system with no suppoRt!

I traveled with 12 on 4separate reservations, and all they asked for was name and number of guests on arrival. You do not tap each magic band to a tapstile like you do at a ride, so I think you'll be fine. Are you ordering in advance through the site? It cuts your day-of wait considerably and it's the only thing I can think of that might not work. Hopefully you can make menu selection for "Jane" in one reservation and even though "Jane" is listed again on another reservation you can still make a different selection for "Bob" who accidentally didn't get listed anywhere.

Print a screen shot of your reservation screen to bring along in case of problems that day!
 
I agree with others that there is no check on the names so you will be fine with the three reservations for 12 people.:)
