Check out the thread on the restaurant res board, some are logging out and in refreshing the FP time page to get to where they want. Someone did this 40-50 times til they got what they wanted. Good Luck

Any advice??? I have been waiting for the times to open up for our March trip but when I try to log in, I get a "Invalid email or password" error. I tried clearing my cache but no success. Would love to have a fastpass for BOG on our trip!

I have been doing this on and off all day. Still absolutely no luck for Mar7. I can get Mar 6, 8 and 9 but cannot get the one day I want! I'll try again tomorrow.

Read through the threads on the restaurant board I haven't had any issues so I'm not sure how to address some of these problems

I just talked my daughter through it on the phone and she had to put in a confirmation # for her resort reservation to get access.

Not sure if this will help but thought I'd mention it,I used Firefox.

If you have fastpasses booked for rides try moving them to later times and trying again for BOG. Another person had mentioned that that's what She had to do and it worked. You can then move your FPs back to their original times afterwards.

I never had a prblm with it overlapping existing FP times. These 2 systems are not connected. The BOG website does not know what FPs you have on MDE. Just make sure that you have a valid MDE account & use this same login.

ETA: Oops, I read a different thread that has a link. Try this:

I tried on my iPhone literally one minute after I read this post earlier today and was able to log in and get one of these in literally 90 seconds from start to finish. Last week when I was checking from my home laptop, it took over an hour just to try to log in from the link. Those of you that are having problems, pull up this thread on your iPhone browser, and click the link in the OP from there, and see if that helps.

It took me 90 seconds to get what I needed as well, but I had figured out last week that the only way to avoid error messages was to log into MDE in one tab on my browser and then click through the link on another tab.
