DW can have the French Onion Soup
DH can have the Mixed Field Greens without the dressing to make it low salt
We both can have the Fillet Mignon
But for dessert
Any low salt low sugar options ?
Not sure if we can eat the
Dessert Trio Platter - almond macron with lemon jam and raspberries, dark chocolate truffle filled with dark chocolate Grand Marnier ganache, white chocolate "Chip" cup with grey stuff and crisp pearls

Also can an adult get the Souvenir Goblet - beverage served in a light up castle-themed souvenir goblet ? Does it look weird for an adult to drink out of it ?
Any pictures of the goblet ?

They will probably sub some fruit or an adult portion of the kid's fruit and cheese plate for the dessert if you ask nicely, but no guarantees.

However, if you can't eat the dessert, you probably can't drink the sugary beverage that comes in the souvenir goblet either. Not sure if they will serve anything else in it, but I guess it's worth an ask. I imagine it would still cost you $19, though. Those drinks are not included in the prix fix cost or with the DDP, if you're using that.
