Be Our Guest cupcakes - nut allergy?

Has anyone with a peanut & tree nut allergy tried to cupcakes at Be Our Guest restaurant? The menu says that no products are used but I am just curious. We can't even get a reservation since we just decided to go to WDW a few weeks ago. But if they're safe I'll surely ask if I can just purchase them "to go"!

I don't believe you will be able to get inside to even try to order without a reservation.

if you go to dinner and let them know you have nut allergy the chef will come out and tell you what you can eat.

Yeah - I kinda figured we wouldn't be able to order them without a dining reservation.
