Be Our Guest Breakfast/Lunch Reservation, How necessary?

How necessary are reservations for Be Our Guest Breakfast or Lunch? I cannot get one for any day we are there in 14 days. This is the only quick service with reservations available, just looking for advice/feedback on how long a wait we will have if we go with no reservation? Thanks!

Follow the cancel threads for your month, may be able to coordinate with a fellow DIS'er canceling
PP is right, people change plans ALL THE TIME! check while you are there, check the day before, check the day of. People need to cancel by midnight the night before. so a late check and an early check might do it

Reports back are they are taking no walk ups

Since there is wi-fi in the park, last year I checked while wainting in line for a ride and got a BOG lunch two days later.

As Pumbaa_ stated, Check the cancel threads. I was able to use that to snag one of our hard to get ADRs.

Also, I highly recommend using the Touring Plans Reservation Finder. You can setup two requests and it will check the availability for you and notify you if it finds a match. I was just successfully notified for available times for BOG dinner on 8/30.

I'm part of the September cancellation thread and BoG reservations are being cancelled fairly regularly. You can sign up to be notified each time someone wants to cancel something and then PM them to try and grab what they cancel. You'll need to be quick though as they will go fast! But, it's not impossible.
