Be Our Guest Booked up this far out?

I made an ADR on 3/30 for BOG for Sun 9/29 at 4:30. This is predicted to be a Halloween Party night. There was also 6:00 and 6:30 available.

Today I managed to book at 5:10 ADR for 4 at BOG for Sept. 8th...that's certainly not mid-September and hasn't been there until today and I've been checking everyday for it...

I saw another for 4:15 an hour or so ago for a party of 4 on September 8th, as well, if anyone wants to try to snag it.

I'm using the old website and I'm still seeing availability for tables on the nights of 9/27 and 9/29. Both of those nights are expected to be MNSSHP nights. I actually have reservations for one of those nights.

You may need to clear cookies in order to get it to work. I didn't have to, but others have posted that they did. The link worked fine for me right from the beginning.

Thank you everyone for your advice! I got my reservation (2 of them) on Tues 8/27 & Wed 8/28! I had to put in a party of 4. I am a party of 3, but when I put that in, it said no avail, but if I put in 4, It gave me one choice so I took it. Since we are only 3 and the res is for 4, do I have to pay $10 for the 4th person??

I was wondering what my chances are and so I went on the new ADR booking system this afternoon and there was nothing for 180 from today...NOTHING, not for 15 guests and not for 5 guests...nada. So, I came over here and saw the link to the old ADR system and I just tried that for 180 days from today and still bupkis, but maybe it's because we're now late in the day. So, my question is...what are our chances of getting a dinner at BOG for 15 of us any night during 12/20-12/24 (we fly home 12/25)? I will go online 1st thing on the morning of the 180 day window...I can book 2-3 tables using 2-3 of our 4 resort resie #s to get the 180+ 10 option. Online opens earlier than calling in, right?

You can't book your ADRs until 180 days out. It's too soon. We'll be back down there Dec 6th-16th and our 180 day mark for that trip is not until June 9th. Use this ADR calculator to check for when you are eligible to make ADRs.

OOPs, that's what I get for not reading your post fully. Sorry, it sounds like you already know your date is not until June 23th and you were just checking for 180 days out from now. Sorry! Anyway, in additon to our Dec trip, we'll also be down there May 10th-20th next month. I went online at exactly 180 days out at 6:00am ET and had my choice of days for BoG. Your problem though is that not only are you a large party, but that you are going to be there during the busy Christmas week. I don't think you can book a table that big online, so will need to call when they open up the phone lines at 0700ET. By that time, people booking ADrs online, will already have an hour's jump on you. Hopefully you'll get lucky though. Good luck!

No, you will not be charged for the 4th person.

Just did a search via the old ADR link for Be Our Guest 180 days from today (9/30)...did it at 8:53 am and searched for a table for 10 and then a table for 5...and NADA from 4-10 pm. Did find a table for 4 at 8:40. I guess it's the +10 and so I don't think we'll have a snowball's chance in heck to get resies for 15 of us (from 4:30-7:30pm) near Christmas time.

So I tried to do a search by location (MK) and when I hit the search button it said the URL can not be found. I just did it and got the BOG-- I took it all the way through October 3rd and there is no reservations to be had for dinner for 2 people

I got BOG for Oct 9 this morning at 6 am EST for 4 people. I wanted 5 pm but could only get 3:30 or 5:10. I was happy with 5:10. I think for BOG you have to book at 6 am on your 180 day mark.

Wow i feel so lucky. I called at 7:30 am PST and got a 8:30 dinner yes it's a late dinner but i'm used to eatting late.

Thank you so much for posting the link to the old site. I was able to get a reservation for Oct. 7th at 8:10 pm. I have so many issues with the new site that I give up in frustration. I am using the old site now to make all the reservations that I want for October.

10/6 has already been booked up by people using their +10 privileges. You have the greatest chance of getting a reservation at 6 am EST online using the old site for days that are just opening up for +10. So, for example, today is the first day anyone is allowed to book 10/15 (the 10th day of a trip starting on 10/6). I don't know how long your trip is but the later in your trip you try to reserve BOG, the better likelihood you will have to get in. The new site doesn't work for +10, you need to use a link posted in several other threads for the British old site. Midnight won't do you any good unless it is midnight locally where you are when it is 6 am in Florida. They don't open online reservations until 6 am Florida time.

I haven't booked my hotel yet, so the +10 option isn't available for me; basically I'm up a creek as far as BOG goes. I guess I'll just keep my fingers crossed and keep checking, hoping for a cancellation!
