Be my Ridemax.....

Okay, so we are here. We went yesterday and I used my Ridemax itinerary for about the first hour before my 3.5 year old DS decided we needed to ride the train! Crowds were light in the am but got heavier in Fantasy and ToonTown later, just as everyone has said they would. Still a very manageable day.
Anyway, so we go back tomorrow... and I don't have ridemax with me..
Here is what we want to see at DL and then we will head to DCA:

Peter Pan (again)
Mr. Toads's (didn't do yesterday)
Mickey in Toontown
BTMRR (this will be 3rd ride)
Matterhorn (2nd ride)
Pirates (DH didn't go yesterday)
Space (didn't make it yesterday)
Indiana (didn't make it yesterday)

Okay, where do we go first?

Ok, I'm not using the actual software, just going by my own experience:

Be in line 30 min before park opening
Send someone running ahead to grab FP for Space
Peter Pan first -- Peter Pan ALWAYS first (my mantra)
Toad
Matterhorn
Grab FP for Indy
BTMRR
Pirates
If Indy FP time window is ready, ride
if not, ride HM, Mark Twain, Tiki Room or Jungle Cruise to kill time
Use Indy FP
take train from NOS to Toon Town
Meet Mickey
Use Space FP
Use Indy FP if not used earlier

That should cover it!

As tomorrow is a Friday, that means Toontown Morning Madness which means for people who do not have TTMM priviliges the TT lines will be longer first thing in the morning. Are you planning to meet Mickey at his house in TT? If so, I would move Mickey's House up in the priority list and go there as soon as TT opens if possible. That would probably fit in right after BTMRR if you get to the DL gates early.

Well, from my own experience and from using Ridemax in the past I would probably do the following:
Peter Pan first (while someone goes to get a Space FP)
Matterhorn
Mr. Toad
BTMRR (send someone to get FP for Indy whenever you're able to get another one)
Mickey
Pirates
Then use FP for Space/Indy once the time comes up
Have fun!!
