Bday meal for 11 yo son

He's turning 11 on our first full day which we plan to spend at MK. Looking for fun recommends for both lunch and dinner (which could be outside of the park). Staying at POFQ and will have Ult Hops, so anywhere is fine. Not really wanting "fancy", mainly just fun and possible a place that would interact with him in some way.

My 11yo son's favorite restaurant is Sci-Fi in MGM.

Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge
Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary
Teppanyaki at Japan in Epcot

The Hoop Dee Doo Revue is wonderful for birthdays and just a boat ride away from Mk at FW. They will make a big deal for him along with everyone else having a special day, so he wont feel forgotten, or "lame." Its a blast!
