B'day Dinner Suggestions

We are going back to the world in October for our yearly trip! We will be celebrating my birthday and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for my B'day dinner? I will be traveling with my DW, DS (10 yrs old) & DMIL.
We have gone to O'hana for the past two years. I was hoping to do something different this year.

Hi, We went to California Grill for my birthday in November. It was fantastic. SErvice was top notch and all the food and drinks were great. We had a reservation for just after the fireworks went off, went up, got our drinks, watched the fireworks outside on the viewing terrace, and then were seated when we got back in. IT was a great night! Hope you have a super bday!

We went to Yak & yeti for lunch - it was great and they brought out a cake for me. ANd then we went to Hoop De Doo for the dinner buffet and show. It was a great experience. The show is a bit corny/cheesy but a fun experience and the food was great bbq-style. I would definitely do that again.

I picked the Yachtsman's Steakhouse to celebrate my birthday while in WDW.
I wanted somewhere we hadn't eaten before, that was a little more upscale, and that had steak (DH's favorite.)
