BCV-Where should I request?

Hi all. We have a reservation for a 1 BR @ BCV in Dec. I'm wondering what kinds of room requests to make re: location. Definately want non-smoking, reasonable distance to Epcot & I was thinking somewhat near the main pool, but I'm concerned about noise given pool & boardwalk proximity. Any suggestions?

Boardwalk or SAB noise will not be an issue at BCV.

It is located at the very front of the Resort, off to the side. When I say Front, I mean the front where the Valet and Port Cochere are.

SAB and the Boardwalk are located in the rear of the resort, facing the lake.
To get to either from the Villas, you exit the Villa building and walk under a covered walkway and thru the gift shop door to the lobby out the back entrance. The walkway will take you to Epcot or to the Boardwalk. It's a big loop around the lake.

You can also walk thru the lobby past Cape May Cafe and exit to the pool by Ariels.

BCV has a quiet pool that you could request a pool view for, but SAB is about a 3-5 min. walk to the rear of the hotel side.

First of all, the villas are not really very near the main pool.... nothing to be done about that one, and the villas are also not that near the boardwalk, so no problems there either. The BCV units are on the Epcot side of the BC hotel, so no problem with that either. I'd just stick to your "no smoking" request and leave it at that.

I like the pool view or the woods view personally.

The Epcot view has never impressed me.
