BCV wanted! Week of Oct 19, 2003

I'm new to this.. My family is interested in renting points to stay at the Beach Club or Boardwalk Villas for 5-6 nights during the week of Oct 19, 2003.

I would love to help you out - what kind of room would you like? I am renting points for $10 - 10% down at booking and the remaining 90% in a certified cheque 30 days before your vacation which I will not cash until your stay is complete - if that is acceptable let me know and I can call and book your vacation 1st thing!

Hi Alyssa,
The payment plan you suggest sounds fine. How does the reservation work, exactly? Acc to the DVC calculator, the 6 nights Oct 20-25 requires 190 points. Is this wek available? Through you or another party that "banked" it? How do I know..?

Sorry, my points are all rented (except for 29). You shold be able to find someone else to rent you points very easily but the way it usually works with me is: I would call and check on availability - when the reservation was confirmed, you would send me a cheque - I would then send you the reservation papers I received from Disney. You would send me a certified cheque one month before your vacation which I would hold onto until your stay was complete. It is really a trust thing both ways - don't rent from anyone you are not comfortable with. Good luck and let me know if I can help with answering any other questions.
