BCV views

I received my confirmation in the mail yesterday for our August stay at BCV. When I reserved it three weeks ago I asked for a woods view. When the paperwork came yesterday though, it says 'water view'. Can anyone tell me what a water view will look out over if we get one? Thanks

There's the pool which IMHO is the best view at the BCV. But there is also the canal that runs underneath a section of the BCV. The side facing EPCOT has a small section that looks out onto the road and the canal. There is also a section down past the pool that faces the canal. I suppose it could mean either of those views.

Yes, that's the water view. But good luck requesting a woods view-if you figure out how to do it, let me know-I love the woods view best. Unfortunately, when I've tried to ask for it, MS always tells me there's no such thing as a woods view. I asked the front desk about that, and they told me to just go ahead and ask, they know. But MS is adamant-I even tried requesting "overlooking trees" once, but they wouldn't accept that either. But fortunately, whenever I've been to BCV, they don't preassign rooms, so I'm usually able to get woods view at check in. On my last trip, I thought it was kind of cool that I could see the entrance to Epcot thru the trees:
