BCV to Pleasure Island?

When we go in Dec, DH and I are going on our first disney date Kids want to check out the Kids club and we of course said yes We are trying to decide what to do, we have a few options, we are staying at BCV:

We can go to Epcot and enjoy the countries

Go to the Boardwalk and do JellyRolls

Go to Pleasure Island and enjoy Adventurer's Club, DH had never been and I think he would get a kick out of it, If we do decide to do this, how much time would you say would be enough from leaving BCV, getting to PI, enjoying Adventure's club and getting back to get kids from club?

I would say to allow an hour each way. The DTD busses make alot of stops. Since the kids clubs charge $10 per hour, per kid, it might be cheaper to call a cab. If you have your own car, you can be there in less than 20 min. I think about 1 1/2 hours tops in the adventurers club. It's funny you mention this, as DW and I plan to have our first Disney date in Dec. going the same place.

I would recommend a taxi. They are reasonable, quick and worth it for an evening out.

I agree. It's quick, easy, and you can have a few drinks without having to drive.

Now, personally I like a three hour minimum while at the Club...

Never thought about a cab, good idea!!!! Will it be a problem getting one from AC back to BCV?

Last time we were at the Club the cabs were lined up several deep. I'm not sure if that varies during earlier hours, as we usually leave around 1am.

I agree with the OP--3 hours minimum at Adventurer's Club!! Am I remembering correctly--does AC close at midnight?
