BCV Sunday Oct 19th During F&W Festival?

We were thinking of trying a 2 bedroom villa at BCV (home resort is OKW) for our October trip this year. Oct 19th-24th. October 19th is a Sunday. Is that going to be impossible with the Food & Wine Festival going on? Even for a 2 bedroom? We can't try to book BCV until March 24th. So now I don't know if I should just book at 2 bedroom at OKW or wait and try for a 2 bedroom at BCV. Thing is, I don't want to risk not being able to get the 2 bedroom at OKW by waiting to try BCV. If I know now chances are slim to none for BCV then I'll just go ahead with the OKW reservation.

I would make the OKW reservation and then cancel it if BCV is available or try waitlist.
