BCV room service question?

What restaurant do they provide room service food from? We are doing the deluxe plan and would really like to try room service for either breakfast or lunch a few times. If you have tried how was it?

The menu is has most of not all the items found on the Yacht Club Galley Menu...someone posted there is a new name for that restaurant BTW. I'm not sure if the food is actually prepared there though.

Room service at BCV is prompt. We've never ordered breakfast or lunch there but have ordered dinner a few times and it's good.
