BCV room requests

I was just was doing my online check in room requests, and "woods view" isn't an option anymore? Only Ground, Lower, or Upper floors, Large Balcony, and Near Elevator. When did this change and is there another way I can make that request? Thanks!

Contact MS to add your request to the reservation, don't use online check-in for your requests.
