Staying in a 2BR Standard rom at BCV the second week of July. Been to the resort a few times, but never stayed there. I know views there aren’t the greatest regardless of room location, but are there any at least not-so-horrible spots? I know the Epcot-facing rooms enjoy a view of trees with the service road beyond, and the other side of the building faces the pool/parking lot.

All suggestions appreciated. TIA

None of the rooms have spectacular views. None have terrible views. The EPCOT view might be something to request. Pool view (BCV pool, not the main pool) isn't bad either, but in the summer you might have the noisy adults in the hot tub until midnight!). But be aware, from our experience, BCV is small and we've often requested a particular room location (EPCOT view, or high floor, or away from elevators!) and it wasn't even close to being met. The resort is usually pretty full and your room will depend somewhat on who's leaving that day - but at least ask! Hope you enjoy your stay - BCV is one of our favorite resorts.

Pretty much what I figured. Was going to at least request pool view over Epcot, but if the hot tub gets really loud, especially in July, then I might stick with Epcot view.

We use TP, so maybe I’ll shoot for upper floor, away from the pool, but on that side.

I agree that none of the BCV views are spectacular but we like bigger balconies so we've always requested rooms above the quiet pool. We've never been kept awake by noise coming from the pool but we tend to stay there over school vacations in Feb and April so we've never stayed in the summer.

Those rooms are also close to the parking lot which is an additional benefit if you rent a car.

I'm looking at room 404 as my request through Touring Plans.

404 in pic will have the enclosed roof line balconies. Below room area next to that side of pool is the bbq and smoking area. I’ve had pool view but prefer the “woods” side.

The afternoon sun really shines on & heats up that pool side of the building.

This is the other side woods extension. 151, 251, 351, 451, & 551 two bedrooms. No request and received that 251. Great spot.

Yes, I love that "jog" also. I was in 443 last time, a studio a few rooms from-51. So quiet and peaceful.
